The room was adequate. We requested early check in at 3. Only available room on 3rd floor and elevator was out of service. A bit of a hike up with bags. No close parking available.
This was my 2nd time staying here and i would love to use this hotel in the future my only one complaint is i didn't see anywhere where not pets were allowed and i was charged $250 and they took it right out of my account my pet is my daughter emotional support pet and i made sure no mess was left behind and we cleaned up after her it would have been nice to know so with that being done with no warning it made my account overdrawn.
I've always chose Best Western for all of my vacation stays and have yet to be disappointed. The Stovall's Inn was one of the best Best Western facilities I've stayed at thus far. Thank you Best Western for such a pleasant stay.
The location and cleanliness were tops! The pools and hot tubs were tops! Pool-side towels were available, which is convenient, and the topiary garden adjacent to the pools were a delightful area to visit. Cleanliness was a priority in all areas of the facility. The continental breakfast was amazing, with many tasty options to choose from. I slept well, and was impressed with having enough comfortable pillows to feel a bit royal. Because our room seemed cramped, I gave the facility 4 out of 5 stars. But I would book a stay there again, in spite of the small room. It was very comfortable, and the staff was genuinely delighted to serve us.
