The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; the hotel was just down the street from a nice shopping mall; the breakfast was excellent; and the view from the balcony was great. I can only suggest some better signage to inform arriving guests where to park for check-in.

The A/C was not cold enough, even tho we set it low . There is no lounge inside the lobby very limited area for breakfast. It was 118 degrees outside and no where to sit in the shade... There is a small little patio on the 3 floor but to hot to sit out no misters or air conditioning. the pool area had NO shade at all. The rooms were clean, I have long hair and the tiny little bottle of shampoo were not enough... for the amount we paid i was expecting a little more. You need to park in the back and there are no carts or help with the luggage. At check out I actually left one of my bags on accident because I had so much to carry in the heat, no help was offered ...oh well I guess, someone will enjoy the items I left behind...
Friendly and welcoming reception at check-in. The brekfast was excellent. Service was fast and efficient.
