Friendly staff, very clean room. I had mistakenly booked for the wrong night via AAA. The front desk clerk was very helpful in telling me to contact them to get credited for the incorrect night and changed the hotel booking for current night's stay.

Staff was pleasant, hotel and room was very clean, staff assured me when I took my 2 small dogs out to potty later at night that hotel had security cameras everywhere which helped ease my concern of being in the back of the hotel instead of the front when going out in dark. Would definitely stay here again.
There's no elevator at this Best Western. If you are a senior citizen, you with luggage that is difficult to manuever up and down stairs, you should stay somewhere else that has an elevator. I certainly will next time. The morning breakfast staff were very helpful.
