The staff gave us the key to an occupied room. We went to tell the front desk, and she said "oh, I'll just mark it dirty". It was occupied! she gave us another room, and it was not good. The ceiling was filthy, the AC was dripping water into the room, and the smell of the room was overpowering with some kind of floral scent. There were live roaches on the night stand.

thin paper walls..can hear the guests next door. also cement dust in room from the work they were doing on the exterior stairs

When we got to our rooms, we were tired from traveling 10 hours and go to lay down and found the most disgusting sheets ever. It was clearly evident that the sheets had not been changed in our two rooms. We took pictures to show the lady in the office. But that’s not the worst. They couldn’t find any clean sheets! We had to wait 1-1/2 hours to get sheets and we changed our own sheets. The floors were so sticky from not being cleaned, I wore my shoes. Absolutely unacceptable!

This hotel is older and the accessible rooms are bothersome. The rooms smelled of old stuffy buildings that have been closed up for years. It was a mildew smell. If I had the ability to get a refund, I would have requested one! I’m rating two accessible rooms, along with a regular room. The accessible rooms had big chairs right by the bathroom doors which made getting in and out of the bathroom with a wheelchair very difficult. The bathroom doors seemed to have swollen with the amount of humidity in the rooms that it made shutting the bathroom doors nearly impossible. Despite having an available shelf in the room, the coffee pot, cups, and sugar were set up in the bathroom, which is very unsanitary!!! The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Neither one of us slept well, as the mattresses were very worn out, some springs pushing out farther than others. For the price we paid, long with the rating on AAA, I expected more from them. The breakfast was okay, as there weren’t many choices to choose from. I won’t be coming back, nor will I recommend this place to friends.

This location should not be part of Best Western. The room was dirty. The person at the front desk was on the phone for an extended amount of time with someone explaining how Uber and Lyft work. She ignored the 3 of us in line. The property is a mess. I don’t recommend this location.
