This property is located just a few blocks from the entrance to Yellowstone National Park and offers some rooms with drive-up entrances. Guest rooms are spacious and feature attractive bedding. During warmer months, the property has an attractive patio space with plenty of seating for relaxing. Second- and third-floor rooms are only accessible by stairs. Smoke free premises. 66 units, some kitchens. 2-3 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors.

The most major comment I have for this hotel is the status of their stairs. This two story hotel/motel has stairs on the outside, and they are "open grate" metal. While this aids with traction in the winter, this "open step" design can be a challenge, not only for people with vision issues, but dogs as well. While they try very hard to put guests with pets in the ground floor rooms, this doesn't always happen. We were placed on the 2nd floor, and my medium size dogs had a major issue with climbing the steps. Not because they aren't physically capable, but because dogs have different depth perception than humans. I figured out a work around, and once I tried it--they were going up and down the stairs like champs. But it was an extra step that I had to do every time I took them out. Breakfast was great and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Wi-Fi worked well too! There's a cute local grocery store and several local stores and restaurants all within walking distance. Overall, great hotel option for exploring West Yellowstone and the western side of Yellowstone National Park.

Lovely caring staff, nice, comfortable and updated room in a super convenient location. I'd definitely return here if I ever make a return trip to the parks. Just wish traveling was more affordable, but this property is priced fairly for the rates in the area.
