Contaminated drinking water in Blackfoot wasn’t handled well. No water at breakfast. No cleaning of rooms for stayovers due to COVID??? Really? Haven’t encountered that at any hotel even in July 2020. Maybe it’s really a staffing shortage? So we had to leave out trash outside the room, ask for more trash bags, constantly ask for towels and coffee. Pet friendly hotel? One room had 3 dogs in it. Appears staff bring their kids in for a free breakfast before school each day. Next time I’ll stay in Idaho falls and commute. That’s enough.
