Excellent staff, smooth checkin/checkout process, and beds that are to die for!

TEEERRIIIBBBLLLEEE! Below 0! Drove 1hr 15 mins to Baltimore for my son football game. Figured the family would grab a room out there and spend the weekend out there hit the inner harbor. First off when I walked in I was greeted by a random lady with a random big bag of ice asking if I wanted her to pour some ice in my bag cause its no ice. Threw me off so I paid no attention to what she was saying thought she just had a nice hit of something. Walk-in it’s so dark like they have a lighting problem or missing bulbs. Check in the receptionist tell me He has good and bad news! Good news I have the last suite. Bad news its on the 7th floor and the elevators are down. Now I am being tested. Called my Fiancé got him up to speed and he agreed irritated as he should. Get the key and start walking up to the stair case, DISGUSTED!! Trash bags in the stair well, smell of urine, and HOT as the devil house. Remind you its 7 flights of stairs we have to walk with luggage. Talking bout made it to the top feeling 10lbs lighter. Walking down the hall to the room OMG we see the ice machine with a big sign saying out of service! Nowwwww Im upset because it clicked to me homegirl outside was tryna look out and here I am blocking my blessings. Nowwwww I am without ice Still walking to the room we start seeing empty rooms with broken doors, rooms with bed frames and no mattresses, and a room with NO DOOR was the last straw. Like what is going on. Finally get to the room the room is already cracked open. Tried to closed the door. Awww the door won’t close lol. Had to hit it with your hip to shut it! Mind blowing. Bed spread dirty with black marker markings or whateva it was on it with little stains on sheets. My nephew went to go use the bathroom and closed the door. Awwwww why my nephew got stuck inside the bathroom. Had to pull and pull the door open to get him out and he crying. I was overrr it! I had to go. Went to check out the receptionist knew him and management was DEAD wrong for having that hotel open. He did not say nothing to me but gave me my refund. Then to top it off!!! After I left I checked my account and my card had been charged 5 different times by the hotel for the same price. Please don’t everrrrrr go to this hotel. Avoid please. If you do please listen to stragglers outside they are there to help you! SMH
