3 stars because there was no hot water, although I was given 25% off when I asked for a reduced rate since I was only there for one night and was unable to shower for my day ahead. I also think at check in the $12 parking cap per day should be explained. I spent $42 on check in day because of coming and going, and then on check out day, it said I owed another $24? I parked the night before at 11:00 pm and checked out at noon so I couldn't understand why I wasn't be charged $14 as noted on the sign. Luckily, there was a hotel employee at the gate at that time and I questioned why was the charge so high. He didn't know but explained the hotel $12 cap and did get that ticket validated, but front desk said they couldn't reimburse what I spent the day before.
