It wasn't the room we reserved. They didn't clean up after killing-off a roach infestation. They were dead under the cabinet and on the window seal. Whoever approved that room to be rented never looked at it. We checked in late and were too tired that night to repack and change rooms after discovering the roaches. I informed the front desk, but they werent shocked or apologetic. He said rooms are rented for weeks at a time and that is what causes the roaches. (huh?) From seeing the other guests, it seems most of the guests we industrial craftsmen who were staying to complete jobs they had in the area. I didnt see any families.
