The lobby gives a dramatic entrance to the hotel, with sparkling marble floors and crystal chandeliers. Spacious rooms feature wood laminate flooring, reading lights and marble lined bathrooms. A free on-site game room is featured to provide entertainment for families. The bright pool area features both indoor and outdoor sections for enjoyment in any weather. Smoke free premises. 211 units. 2-8 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The rooms are clean , friendly staff, good breakfast buffet.
This place should close. Service is awful. Communication *****. Not enough help for cleaning staff. Accomodations are poor. None of the signage is accurate. Hotel is out of a horror movie and hasn't been updated in a long time. Parking is validated but not easily accommodating. You park on 2 but the lobby to validate is on the ground floor and if you're on the 4th floor you have to do a lot to park a car. There is no pool or sauna. No turn down service on a 4 night stay. Room wasn't ready until 5pm when check in was at 4pm, so I had to rush to change for a dinner. Hard wood floors make noisy rooms/neighbors. There's 2 separate buildings for rooms that aren't near each other. Not enough towels. I had 2 towels for the entire trip. Thermostat and heating/AC is confusing because there was a sign saying to use the wall thermostat but only in my room. Showers are different throughout the hotel, mother and brother had digital shower setting and mine was a regular knob. I don't understand the need for a grand piano in the entrance, just feels like it was left over from a different time and hasn't been sold yet. I wouldn't stay here again.
