This hotel is precious! I booked it mainly because it’s one of the Universal Studios partner hotels, and I’m so glad I did! The hotel isn’t very large, but it’s very cozy and quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant is delicious. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, and the location of the hotel is in a quiet, safe area. I also really appreciated the free parking and shuttle service to Universal Hollywood. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely book again the next time we’re in Burbank!
The hotel was wonderful, I but the shuttle service was not the best. It wasn’t a definite that we would get a shuttle because they only had one driver. We were outside of Warner Brothers Studio, where he dropped us off at, and was told the shuttle wouldn’t be able to come until 7:00pm- an hour later. Aside from the shuttle everything else was amazing and worth experiencing.
