Their shuttle schedule to the Cleveland Clinic does not match what they advertise on their on website. I ended up having to drive for 2 days and paying the parking fees at the hospital. They advertised its free but only runs every 2 hours, not every half hour. The towels in the room were like sandpaper. I didnt have a top sheet on my bed. Only the comforter and the fitted sheet, which had holes in it. I will never return. I'll pay the extra amount next time and stay nearer the hospital.
