This hotel sits directly on the beach at the south end of the island. Oceanfront rooms have balconies and offer fabulous views down the beach. A large terraced sundeck overlooks the beach. Rooms on the west side of the building lack balconies, but those on the upper floors offer panoramic views of the sound toward Roanoke Island. Smoke free premises. 105 units. 7 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The hotel needs Major upgrades--- new carpet, new tub, upgrade walls, sprinkler center (not noticed), one elevator not working and overall in need of major upgrades to ensure customer satisfaction!!!
