The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, the bed was so comfortable. We only stayed one night but it was a great stay!!!
Room was ready when we got there. Nice, clean room snd bathroom. Lovely outdoor pool. Walking distance to sunsphere, and less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Roanoke.
Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly had to knock off a star though because breakfast was the same both days. Rubbery eggs and sausage and hard bagels and the TV had no guide so when we were relaxing in the room it was like 1988 all over again with no idea what we were watching lol
