Your employees and security personnel get high marks from me. We asked for an accessible room since I am on a cane and my mother has Parkinson's. The room was on the ground floor and close to the front entrance which was perfect. The beds were both too high for my Mom to easily get in and out, so we had to help her. The "accessible" bathroom is where we had the most trouble. When I ask for accessible, I expect a walk-in shower, not a high sided step in tub. Just putting a lot of handles on the wall and a fold-down seat over the tub does not make it truly accessible. I am a person weighing 400 lbs and felt unable to use the fold over seat since I could not trust that it was properly fastened into the shower wall. I also expect a bathroom floor that is not a slick tile. When the tile is wet or even when using the cotton bathmat, I slid when stepping over the high side tub onto the slick floor. You need to rethink the accessibility of the bathroom. I did not complain to the front desk about any of this as we were not staying longer, but I would have if we were having to stay longer. Your website does not give a picture of the bathroom which would have given me more information and I would have chosen another hotel with more acceptable accommodations.
