The hotel's main hotub in the shared public space next to their indoor pool was broken, as the jets did not work. I was hoping that since I had read that in a review beforehand, and the hotel apologized, they would have addressed it and fixed it, but no, not at all. I drove over 8 hrs from home to go on this trip and my back was killing me, and I kept looking forward to putting those jacuzzi hotub jets on the small of my back for some relief, so I was disappointed they didn't fix the issue they had known they had for awhile.
