I booked my room two weeks in advance for a King size bed; when I got there, I was given a double bedroom. When I went down to tell them, they gave me the wrong room; all I was told was that the hotel was fully booked, and there was nothing they could do. Plus, I was charged the same for the Kings size. There is a restaurant in the hotel that could have given us a discount for that restaurant. We were there for one night also, on top of that; my boyfriend had to park a block away; imagine bringing your luggage a block away behind the hotel. Also, I am handicapped
