Comfort Suites Houston Nw Vintage

With the exception of the young man who checked us in on the evening of March 5th, all other staff who we dealt with were disinterested. I wouldn't say that anyone was rude or difficult, just not cheerful or friendly. While generally clean, the hotel could use a remodel. On our 1st night, we found a white liquid (milk?, melted ice cream?) leaking from the refrigerator onto the floor. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and it was cleaned to our satisfaction. The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. We don't expect much from these offerings, but we do expect more than the sparse items that were available. There was no hot water available for tea making. No muffins or baked goods. Dry cereal but no milk. Very unappetizing eggs and sausage. The location was generally convenient, except for the fact that there is no easy way to get back to Louetta Road from the hotel. This limited some of our options. The wifi was very weak and spotty. The parking lot is quite small, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone pulling a trailer.

The door did not lock from outside they moved us the next day to different room the new room didn't have the the security latch. The move to new room and it was nice. The breakfast egg and bacon was a little cold.
