The rooms were clean but housekeeping was very lacking. They only made the bed every other day, I had to ask for towels twice. Coffee supplies in the room , I had to request those and the counters were not wiped as the dry coffee creamer was still sprinkled on the surface. I had to ask for a hair dryer. We requested adjoining rooms but we were put at opposite ends of the hall. We requested a handicap room, that didn't happen. I requested a shower chair since there was no wall grab bars. Couldn't find one. Finally I happened to see one inside an open maids closet. The maid did let us use it. Breakfast was very good on the weekend but once weekdays came along, just standard fare. All in all, I wouldn't stay there again.

Toilet didn't flush properly I had to fix it myself. remote control did not work properly. No Wi-Fi available, no signal even after calling no signal. Front desk gave a typical spiel on Wi-Fi outage blaming the company. Front desk person was in the back room when I went to check in with children and finally saw me and came out.
