Our bed linens were not changed; in fact, the beds weren’t even made up after use. I was told that practice began with Covid and continues today. One waste basket was emptied; the other was not. I had to go to the front desk to get tissues and toilet paper as they had not been replenished. The room’s carpet was very stained. The bath towels were so thin you could almost see through them. Breakfast was a joke. One cereal was offered; the other cereal dispensers were all empty. The pastry case had one selection; all the other shelves were empty. The orange juice machine dispensed only water. The Country Inn back home is clean and far superior to this one. We will not return.
Room was dirty, mirror broken, globes on lights missing, we spend 4 days and we’re not once asked about service. Staff was nice when they were there. No breakfast, cold coffee, pool was closed.
