Clean, comfortable room and outstanding people.

I didn’t expect the 5 Star since I was not in the big city. I only stayed due to needing an accommodation for a family member who passed away suddenly. I knew I only needed a night or two. I figured since the hotel had “Radisson” attached to the name I expected quality. However, it was total opposite. The hotel was DIRTY! The uncleanliness of the the property including a dead unknown bug on my wall. To a pair of old dirty socks left behind my tv console. The roll out bed mattress was paper thin and the bedding was not clean. The bathroom was not clean and had smears of dirt above the shower. The location was the only good thing besides the lady who checked me in. She was really nice. That’s why I didn’t rate 1 star.the heating did not work and we had to call maintenance. In the other room the heat barely flowed. I had another room I booked that didn’t come with a coffee pot, so we had to get ask for one at the front desk. Breakfast was not great, but they tried. The staff did come when we called to accommodate them but I know it want their fault. Just doing their job to make the guest feel comfortable. I didn’t appreciate the tea and coffee left out for the guest. I didn’t visit the pool or work out area so no updates on that. This will be a first and last for me. There are other hotels in the area that look nice and more clean. Try them out first before booking here.
