The least you could do is keep it decent. I asked to cancel my room and the clerk said okay. As I headed to the car I thought let me check about the cancelation fee. I went back and asked and the manager said we already charged you for the room. My wife asked well can we keep the room since you took our money and they refused and said "too late, you canceled.
