NO HOT WATER !!! when we went front desk no one was there (I was told later person was probably in bathroom) when we got back later in day I told the front desk we have no hot water and the response was it was due to them doing laundry and it will be fine in morning as they wouldn’t be doing laundry but the next morning again we had no hot water when we went to check out. I told the front desk she said she was sorry, but sometimes it can happen I paid a good rate to have no hot water but a lot of excuses contacted management and no response

The hotel gave us transportation to a short trip downtown and picked us up in a timely fashion the driver was fantastic she gave us pointers too...extremely helpful............my wife loved the room and partially the walk in showers since she recently had ankle surgery......very nice location to shopping and downtown!!!!
