A nice clean, quiet hotel. Rooms were nice, bed and pillows comfy. The staff was friendly, even if they were hard to find at times. BUT, everyday I had to ask to replenish the coffee, my trash was not emptied until I asked them specifically to do that. I do not min my towels and bedding being changed every day, but they specifically ask you to hang the towels on a specific hook if you wish to reuse them, which is great, but I did expect them to come in and at very least empty the trash. When you provide a fridge and microwave, I would assume you expect your guests to use them to re-heat leftovers from a restaurant, that usually comes in a box or bag of some sort. There is going to be trash that needs to be emptied!
