I booked my hotel through AAA as normal. I normally looked for hotels with 3 diamonds or more and say inspected and certified clean. My recent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Concord, NC did not meet my expectations nor were aligned with what AAA standards presented on your website. For more info, contact me to discuss.

the staff was incredibly understanding and helpful but upon entering my room it smelled absolutely awful. the sheets had weird stains on them and the “mini fridge” they advertise each room having is actually a cooler that is burning and apparently only cools your food for a time limit of an hour! overall i do not recommend and i will never stay there again. there isn’t even free breakfast in the mornings.
