There was no business center so not able to print boarding passes. The bathroom sink area was very tight and not enough room to put items on for 2 people. The way the door to toilet/shower from sink area did not open in correct direction to allow easy access from someone using sink and then someone needing restroom/shower. The biggest issue was NO dresser drawers to put items in. We stayed 3 nights and had to dig in and out of our suitcases (4). We had our 2nd and 3rd night interrupted rudely by the next room to us. I had to call front desk after 1:00 am and they came up to speak with them. Then the folks made rude comments which we heard from our room saying someone called on them. Their TV woke us up from a dead sleep and we were unable to sleep again. I spoke with front desk asking if the neighbors were staying another night and if so to please move them. I was told they could NOT ask them but they could move us?! As mentioned we had 4 large suitcases that were all spread out due to no dresser plus carry on items. We had been in Ohio over a week. I asked for a complimentary night at least and was offered only a $70.00 compensation. Not really fitting and we will see if that happens. So pretty disappointed as it happened again on our last night. I didn not want to call front desk as I was worried about the staff as well. The neighbors were rude and scary!!
