Originally a shoe factory, this property features a small outdoor patio and a coffee kiosk. Guest rooms are tastefully decorated with abstract art, smart TVs and dove gray carpets and drapes. Smoke free premises. 150 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The room rate charged by AAA was twice the rate of the room rate that was provided by the hotel. The room was on the ground level with delivery services under the small window in the room. Also during our stay the room was never cleaned.

The room was very clean. It was of average size. There was a queen bed and flat screen TV. There were a couple of steps leading up to a sitting area with a desk and upholstered chair. The bathroom was very clean. The dining accommodations could have been better. I didn't eat there anyway. Instead I walked over to the area near Nationwide Arena and ate at one of the restaurants. It was not really near the place I wanted to visit. I had to take an Uber to get there and back. I also had to walk up and down a short flight of stairs to get to the elevator from the outside entrance. Not so easy when you have a suitcase. But it was fine for a brief stay.
