There were three of us, all members of AAA, that made reservations at the Courtyard Marriott Miami Airport. The night before we all arrived two of the reservations were CANCELED!!!! Only my reservation was honored! I chose this establishment as I have stayed there several times. We all regret making the reservation through AAA. It ruined the start of our vacation, as we were all separated!!!

Unable to get our luggage to our room. The room was very cold took an hour before someone came to address the issue. The toilet was clogged, had no one to help unclog it.
