The hotel's location is convenient to the interstate. Guest rooms feature large desks and comfortable beds. The lobby has multiple comfortable seating areas. Smoke free premises. 140 units. 5 stories, interior corridors.

Friendly and accommodating personnel throughout. Well equipped fitness center. Convenient access to food and drink, which were very good. Room amenities perfectly adequate, easy to adapt to, comfortable bed, good housekeeping service. Very few stray sounds filtered into the room, only rarely, so good insulation. It’s true, that did not protect from the occasional ambulance siren approaching the med. ctr. across the street! But overall, the place did very well by me.
The location was excellent for our purposes. We liked our room. It was modern and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, for two days in a row, we came back after being gone most of the day, and our room had not been cleaned. We told the front desk, and the first day, they said housekeeping wasn't finished, so we left for awhile longer, and it was cleaned. The next day, it never got cleaned at all. We saw a cleaning person at the door of the room next to ours, and tried to ask if our room could be cleaned but she spoke no English. The front desk person on Sunday evening, Feb 25, 2024 was of no help. A couple of suggestions: facilitate free English classes for the housekeepers and hire more housekeepers. Also, when we booked our room through AAA, we were under the impression that breakfast was included, but it's not. Also, there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby or eating area.
