My wife and I spent 1 night here after attending an event in Simi Valley. We arrived at hotel aound 10pm and planned to leave the next morning aound 7AM to drive back to San Diego. Finding the hotel at night was a bit tricky since there is no entrance from the main street (Madera Rd). To complicate matters, the sign for the driverway entrance on Cochran is small and obscured by bushes. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming and we were pleased with our accomodations. Regarding our room, I have 2 small complaints: 1. The bed sheets were clean, but smelled like chlorine bleach. 2. The in-wall A/C unit was noisy and never shut off, despite setting the temperature to 70 degrees. The A/C stopped, but the noisy fan ran all night. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and wouldn't hesitate recommending the Courtyard Marriott as a place to stay in Simi Valley.
