The evening staff was nice and friendly. When I got out of the shower in the morning, I noticed a disgusting poop stain on the bottom of the toilet/floor. It was gross. As I tried to check out (The clerk was busy in the back room and did not have the time to talk to me) I tried to tell the clerk about it. She was extremely rude.

The ac in the room wasn’t cooling and we didn’t notice until we got back to the room around 7pm. We only stayed one night (in late June 2023) didn’t want to wake my 2 year old. Perfect location in downtown, close to river walk, museums etc.
