Our room was double booked. As we were leaving and waiting by the elevator, we saw guests use their key card at our door. Together we went to front desk, and they really didn’t take responsibility for the mistake, saying something happened on the back end. The one worker was clueless and the manager had to tell her to stop and let her do it. I felt badly for the manager. No offer to make up for their mistake. They didn’t even cancel the other key cards. What would have happened had we not been there??? It showed we had checked out, when we had just checked in 15 minutes prior. The one man gave his to us, as it still worked on our door. Wait time for elevators was 15 minutes in the morning, almost missed our shuttle.
