The worst hotel my family has ever stayed. I booked it based on it being on AAA website. The hotel is located next to the freeway and the rooms face a truck stop. All night you can hear trucks leaving and coming with air brakes. The fire alarm was covered with a paper towel rendering it useless. There was no safety lock on the door. The slider was hanging on one side. The corners of the ceiling had spider webs. The bed had hair and “dingy” white sheets. The bottom of the door had a 2 inch gap due to missing seal. The toilet and shower had brown spots, it may have been rust or mold? There were brown spots on the wall near the outlet. The chairs in the room were stained. I still can’t believe we had to pay the price we did for this room. We originally booked 2 nights but had to move as none of my kids would use the dirty, stained shower, we all felt unsafe. We moved to Home 2 suites in Buckeye, AZ and had a great stay there. I would highly recommend you remove this facility from your website.
