There was no internet or TV because it was down with no known time for it being up and running again. The swimming pool was closed due to being renovation. Some of the vending machines were down as well.

When we arrived there was a sign on the door that the pool was closed for renovation. The pool was part of the reason I booked that hotel and they did not communicate to me that it was closed ahead of time. Also, when I peeked in, the pool did not appear to be under any sort of renovation. The other reason I booked the hotel was for the included breakfast, which they had discontinued and also did not communicate to me ahead of time. Every exterior door to the facility that I walked by was propped open by a rock; I did not feel the property was secure. When we got to our room there was no remote control for the TV, and when we asked at the front desk they gave us a universal remote and a manual and asked us to program it ourselves. The property showed many signs of neglect in maintenance. The toilet, for example, rocked and water ran continuously in it.
