Although the standard rooms are a bit on the small side, all have a nice level of comfort with an easy chair and large TVs. Upper floor rooms have views of downtown Victoria. It's just a short drive to get downtown or you can take a city bus; the stop is located right out front. Dogs are the only pets allowed. Smoke free premises. 73 units, some efficiencies and kitchens. 3 stories (no elevator), exterior corridors.

Very average with no elevator but it does have a microwave and refrigerator and it is close to downtown Victoria and a large mall. The staff was very helpful and polite.
Not quite as represented in the itinerary, staff did not offer to help as we struggled with our luggage. Room was clean but small, no counter space at the room sink, no closet just a small cabinet, No room safe, as advertised, although a “portable” one was installed later. Couldn’t locate a balcony anywhere. Otherwise ok.
