Contrary to the description, there wasn’t a hair dryer in the room. There were no towel bars in the bathroom. There was a very small handle near the tub faucet on the wall which could have been a grab bar, but it really wasn’t a grab bar. There was not daily room service. There is no elevator in the hotel, which isn’t noted in the description. The pool was uninviting due to the extensive remodeling in the hallway leading to the pool. Ice had to be requested from the front desk. We were going to switch hotels but learned our reservation wasn’t refundable, so we stuck it out. The people were pleasant and helpful. The coffee machine made fresh and good coffee. The water dispenser was empty. The breakfasts were good and area clean.
