The staff was wonderful snd the vibe there was great. Warm chocolate chip cookie on check-in was delicious, room was clean, snd room service wore a mask to deliver tissue; (very respectful) when we ran out. Helpful front desk in recommending restaurants and the ability to text for that and other info prior to check in was wonderful. The 4 was because the hotel breakfast wasn’t up to par snd tasted a bit like fast food. But Very helpful and kind staff, a friendly local hang-out vibe in the lobby with a Saturday night performance, etc made our stay. And AAA was helpful in booking this.

The hotel was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for. A one night stay in downtown Boston. The staff was very pleasant. The room was a nice size. Everything seemed to be clean EXCEPT for the windows! OMGEEE they were so filthy we couldn't even see what was outside our window! I've never seen windows so disgusting in a hotel. I think the hotel may want to invest in a window cleaner. We were in room 226. I would be embarrassed to have such dirty windows for my guests. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. It was close to the tours we had reserved in town. It was fun walking around Chinatown. It was a great location for us. Very centrally located.
