This hotel presents a grand arrival portico and a stylish circular-shaped lobby with plush sofa seating. The elegant guest rooms have thick, pillow-top mattresses and brightly illuminated bathrooms. Smoke free premises. 428 units. 7 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

There were several disappointing issues and lack of amenities. The pool & hot tub room was under construction and closed to guests during our stay. No free breakfast & no refrigerator in the room for drinks or snacks. Breakfast started at $16.99/person, which we felt was ridiculous. The lighting fixtures were older and did not have USB outlets for our electronics. We also found a live beetle in one of the beds.
This is a mixed rating. I would give the staff a 5, but the hotel itself was a 1. We saw online there was a pool and spa advertised. The staff told us it had been closed for 2 years..?? The breakfast was $17 for dried out pancakes, eggs, and Danish. The beds were really uncomfortable, and the heat was hard to regulate. It was however, close to the activities we came to attend, clean and well maintained (except for the pool)
