From the upper floors on the east side of the building, step out onto your balcony to take in views of Lake Hamilton. All of the guest rooms with king beds feature a walk-in shower. Don't worry if your room doesn't have a view; you can just head to the outdoor pool, which is situated next to the lake. The boat ramp makes this the ideal hotel for guests planning to rent or bring a boat. Smoke free premises. 142 units. 7 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

When we got there and checked in, they didn't give us the room we needed. My husband can't step into a bathtub, we requested a walk-in shower. We got a room with a tub, then when they finally got the room fixed, the key card they gave us had to be reactivated everyday of our stay. Also the ice machine on our floor was out of order. We had to go up to the next floor for ice. When trying to get back to our floor, the elevator wouldn't let us off at our floor, we either had to go all the way to the first floor or the fourth floor. Our key card wasn't working in the elevators.

They were doing construction on the floor above us so there was construction noise for the duration of our stay. In the future I suggest that when there is a construction project that the rooms below remain empty and guests are located away from the construction noise.
