The tree-lined driveway and parking lot create a peaceful, secluded feeling among the bustling metropolis. The updated lobby and guest rooms are beautifully done in contemporary style and comfort. Smoke free premises. 220 units. 6 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

This was perhaps one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed at. The public areas were dirty and only one elevator was functioning. The hotel did not provide daily maid service. I requested fresh towels and toilet paper from the front desk twice (our stay was 3 days) but the housekeeping staff never came by the room to deliver anything. The hotel's website advertised that they had a restaurant, which is one reason I booked the Doubletree. However, the restaurant was not open for dinner in the evenings and the only way to get a meal was to sit in the bar and order from a limited menu. Other guests at the hotel played their own music in the bar at a very loud level and the hotel did nothing about it. The only good thing I can say about it was that the shuttle service to and from the airport was on time.
We are sorry to hear this hotel fell short of expectations, but appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
