The upscale, modern lobby is a great place to socialize. Well equipped rooms offer a comfortable retreat, along with the shaded courtyard and large pool. Smoke free premises. 284 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Bath: shower only.

Terrible location! Mall next to hotel is all boarded up. There is trash all around the property(not on the property). Seedy looking bar across the street. There are homeless all around the hotel as well and we actually saw two men fighting in the neighborhood as we arrived. The hotel is very old and could use updating especially for the price. The pool was empty and full of dirty water and leaves. We tried to change our hotel but because we booked through Auto Club we could not! Will not book through you again. Not a pleasant experience!
After we returned back from dinner, there was a huge dead roach on the floor. We called to the front desk and they sent security up to take care of it. We were given a new room, but damage was done. Also we believed our breakfast was included, however we were given a bill.
No pool towels available. No bottled water available. When power went out, no communication as to the problem, even after a very loud alarm sounded for a minute.
