The staff was not friendly. The pool was closed (completely drained) for repairs. You couldn’t even sit outside to enjoy the outdoor area/firepit. The breakfast was not complimentary. We researched and stayed at this hotel for the pool, outside area & breakfast. I was very disappointed in this hotel for the price we paid.
