The room needs updating other wise good service
Had to have microwave exchanged out with a new one because it was rusted & flaking. Rug had spots on it can use cleaning or shampooing. External door had gap between floor & door because of rubber seal was torn. Couch cushions were sunken on pull couch. Had to have towels delivered because there was only one bath towel same for balcony chair because there was only one chair. And after leaving my door was left open by cleaning staff upon return luckily nothing was taken or stolen.
