It's no hot water from Mid night to 9:30 am. No notice to the customers. On line said including the breakfast while the staff told it's non. the rate is over $400/night.

Terrible experience! My Stay was not honored. I am dissapointed of the treatment of this hotel. I am Hispanic, and what the staff said was that is why you should book your hotel directly with us instead of looking for cheap ways to travel. Which is not the case, I like the experience of AAA travel ratings, but this one completely dissapointed me. You shouldn't work with this hotel. I was attending a conference at Harvard and because of the proximity it was the best hotel for me, next time I will choose another one for sure.
