Friendly staff, Extremely clean and beautiful view from the room ocean front. Check in and check out was extremely easy period the only issue I ever had was not being able to get close caption on the TV period as a hearing impaired person, this is very important.

The customer service was outstanding. The hotel was under construction, but we knew that when we rented, so no points off there. The rooms were clean, the public areas... not so much. You could see where things like ice machines hadn't been cleaned behind in months. Even those that were pulled away from the walls were filthy. The laundry room only had 1 washer and 2 dryers.

We were booked in the South Tower where renovations and construction were actively ongoing. The noise and loud drilling directly on our room was intolerable. I was surprised the hotel would even book guests in those rooms directly impacted by the construction!
