Hi, While the hotel was over all nice, everything else wasn’t. The parking garage elevator wasn’t working, the hotel elevator wasn’t working, my friend had to climb up 11 flights of status. They gave was no notification of the issue at plan or how they would solve it. Housekeeping ONLY comes if you call and when they do it’s a half done job. The only good thing was the location! Not to mention we couldn’t use the pool the entire stay!
The hotel environment was very lively and upbeat. There were great food choices and staff was nice. The. Two issues that we faced was not having any e from housekeeping come and do cleaning in our room while we were there. Also, the parking was such an inconvenience.. we had times when we couldn’t find parking and we were sent to a secondary, for their lot that wasn’t in a very safe area.
This hotel location is right next to Freemont Experience drive. Very nice hotel which provides good value for your money. Rooms are renovated and are well maintained.

The hotel was very clean.
When we can't go to the strip, we love staying at this place. Minutes from Fremont Street and across the street from The Mob Museum. Easy access to Lyft/Uber, bus and a block away from a parking garage. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a great coffee bar in the lobby and a small café. Had a room on the upper floor, west facing so you had a great view of the Cirq hotel and others. Beds were very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure but was hard to turn on without getting wet. Only had one dresser with three drawers but that didn't bother us. Had a great stay and would stay here again!
