The hotel is centrally located for walking anywhere in Victoria. The room has plenty of space. we had a balcony that overlooked Victoria. Breakfast has a lot of options. Coffee and various machine espresso and cappuccino are available all day and night. The room was comfortable and quiet and has adequate closet space.
Wonderfully attentive and courteous staff, delicious breakfasts with many options (including vanilla lattes), comfortable and clean rooms, excellent location close to the busy harbor, museum, and shopping but still a very quiet and pretty hotel neighborhood.

The location is wonderful, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is quite good and the price is very fair for the accommodations.
Great location, close to everything, our room even had a tiny bit of a view. Breakfast in the morning was always very good, nice fluffy eggs, sometimes sausage sometimes bacon and always nice cold juice.
