We are always pleased with our stay at the Embassy Suites, Charleston. There was a problem with the bathroom this time. The sink wouldn't drain and they forgot to give us a shower curtain as we had a bathtub. We had to put it up ourselves. There were several activities that weekend and I guess housekeeping was overwhelmed. We also asked for a late checkout the night before and were told to ask in the morning. We asked at approx. 6:45 the next morning and were denied. Told us that we should have asked the night before. Lesson learned for next time.
