Housekeeping did not put washclothes or hand towel in room. Sofa was uncomfortable. Seemed like no updating in a number of years.

A pleasant stay had landed on a negative note causing me to rethink staying at a Hilton. The hotel in itself was nice, clean, and had a great breakfast. The stain on our trip was falling for what the checkout desk was selling. He sold us on a cheap trip saying it was a special offer. He didn’t bother to disclose we have to sit through a 2 hour timeshare presentation or that if you’re married, both spouses have to be there. He knew it was intended to be a girls trip but didn’t bother to inform me. Luckily I found out prior to booking the trip and was a like to get a refund due to the circumstances but I’m not happy and neither is the friend who was super excited about it. Beware of great offers!

Overall it was fine. But considering it’s a Hilton chain I expected a little more. Chairs were ripped. Some had duct tape on them. No concierge and the woman that checked us in has no idea how to get to Guaranteed Rate Field. However the breakfast was good and the reception cocktail time was great. Bartenders were very personable.

Amazing customer service at all levels of staff and management. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The Hot Breakfast and daily afternoon reception were a definite PLUS! I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.
The room was fine, but if you don't know your way around Chicago don't expect any help here. They have no concierge and, while the staff tried to help, they didn't seem to know much. Finding the parking garage was a pain. My son and I only spent one night there and we certainly didn't need a suite. The complimentary breakfast was good.
