The mattress was old, and outdated. The hotel was in a nice location, but the room could use renovating.

I do not recommend this hotel. The staff was pushy for upgrades, the room categories are deceiving, the breakfast buffet is insanely busy and hard to sit, the happy hour consists of chips and pretzels, and the elevators were slow and extremely crowded. Additionally onsite valet parking costs $125/day, or onsite self park is $94/day. These prices include tax which are not identified when arriving. You can park off site 3 blocks away for $35/day. I can say that the rooms are clean and spacious, but don’t expect a great view unless you upgrade to Premium falls view room, even if your room category says falls view room.

this is large hotel, very busy but the management is pleasant and attentive. my stay was great.
